Kanye West...

Back-peddling like a mother fucker now!

Mark my words; Kanye West will not be heard from ever again. I think he had a brain fart and didn't realize that "Conservative America" owns the media now. Those were the 7 words that ended his career, "George Bush Doesn't Care About Black People".

Remember the Dixie Chicks? Remember when they bashed Bush while in Europe? Have you heard shit from them since? EXACTLY!

It's not about who listens to what anymore. Music is "forced" onto people now and Conservative America runs that racket so they dictate who's popular and who's not.

So you're saying that popular radio stations aren't "forced" to play certain songs by certain artists?

Clear Channel Communications (which owns a majority of the "popular" radio stations in America) is ran by one of the top supporters of which U.S. President?

Fill in the Blanks:
GE_RGE W. B_SH, J_.

How about this one HighOnAcid.. Dixie Chicks are a country artist.. who is the majority of country fans? Redneck confederate republicans living in the south.. better believe the stations there wouldnt play their music.. Get a fucking clue.

kanye west isnt going anywhere.. he makes great music, and is still loved by his fans. it doesnt matter that conservatives control america, because those arent the people who buy his albums, and if they do, i highly doubt they'll let a political comment influence their decision on whether to purchase his CD or not. i also dont think the business heads are going to stop him, with all the money he is bringing in.

Who dictates what music is played? Redneck Confederate Republicans or African American Producers?

You can have the best album EVER but if no one hears it then it's shit. Pretty simple if you think about it.

MTV is pretty left wing if you ask me.. I'm interested in seeing the actual breakdown of how many Rap/Hiphop stations Clear Channel owns.. I'm sure its atleast 25% but no more then 50% in America.

hoa is true.. clear channel owns most of the radio stations black people listen to and radio stations have play lists dictated by money and power.... not how good your beats or rhymes are.

People love what's on the radio or MTV; THE MAINSTREAM! THE PULSE OF AMERICA!

If it's not played 500 times a day then it's not popular. If it's not amped up then it's not popular. If it's not marketed then it's not popular.

Do any of you shit talking Hip Hopsters even know a shit about the music industry?!?!?!?!

It's all about money and his shit is going to fly off the shelves now because a huge number of people in this country agree with his statements. If I was black I would have been thinking the same thing during that joke of an operation put on by Louisiana and the Feds.

Casting Crowns turn heads as the Christian group scores its best week ever, entering The Billboard 200 at No. 9 and Top Christian Albums at No. 1 ... Newcomer Rihanna give Def Jam its second top 10 bow this week, following West at No. 1 ... Eric Clapton's latest starts in the top 15 while Bob Dylan appears in the top 20 ... Herbie Hancock hits the chart with his star-studded "Possibilities" CD, garnering the artist his best sales week since Nielsen SoundScan began tracking data in 1991 and his first appearance on the chart since 1984 ... You can't judge the effect of his comments by this new album's record sales lol. he's had singles out for months promoting this album. it's gonna sell regardless of what he said a few days ago. it will take awhile to see what happens to him...

Yup.. if he brings out an album now itll sell crazy.. probably a huge spike in his current albums.

but in half a year when a new albums comes out he needs airtime.. just like any other artist to sell his stuff.. and then he aint gettin' that y0.

I'm sure in 6 months his publicity will be way down anyway.. He would be working on/finishing new album.. Give it atleast a year before his next album comes out.
