now this is really getting out of hands. Does anyone know who owns these sites? I need to explain these two fuckers that they can't just do that.

It can be done for $2500. The law firm a defunct dot com I was involved with retained did the following: 1) check for similar marks from a nationwide database 2) make the filing of the logo and name with the US PTO [patent and trademark office].

This is the preferred route. The cheaper route is to use common law protection of "prior mark" to protect you--ie., if you had the mark before the other guys but you did not register, you are still protected but you have to go to court [read: EXPENSIVE] to get a declaratory judgment .

Actually is works out well, I get type in traffic, and al lot emails from members saying they can not access, I just tell them to cancel the origanal membership and signup again. LOL
