Hey guys,
this is Petr, I own pichunter.com Today I discovered http://www.pichunting.com and http://www.pixhunter.com now this is really getting out of hands. Does anyone know who owns these sites? I need to explain these two fuckers that they can't just do that. |
You have then registered pichunter.com as a trademark?

|
RedShoe,
thank you for your misleading information. Anyway, yeah, I know how to do whois lookups, I was asking more of if anyone have ICQs on these fuckers or any more details. |

Petr, I suggest you read the thread started by "Dirty Sanchez" --someone posted a link there on domain squatting. Very informative article. |
I think Boneprone is an administrator here or something. And I don't know who AaronM is.

no registered trademark for pichunter so no case to answer .... move on, nothing to see here
|
STOP CRYING!
|
Bullshit. A trademark is a trademark, registered or not.
|
well http://www.pichunting.com/ looks like a pretty normal site to me
|
ok, how do I register the trademark? Anyone?

This is the preferred route. The cheaper route is to use common law protection of "prior mark" to protect you--ie., if you had the mark before the other guys but you did not register, you are still protected but you have to go to court [read: EXPENSIVE] to get a declaratory judgment . |
REDSHOE LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL You fucken cracker.....

I can help you register your trademark for a small fee, Petr |

Seems like you dont have a slightest idea about these things. |
I have www.rawsexvideo.com and ARS has www.rawsexvideos.com. I got mine first...
I don't bitch about it, its life. Actually is works out well, I get type in traffic, and al lot emails from members saying they can not access, I just tell them to cancel the origanal membership and signup again. LOL |
Mika,
I've been in the internet business for 6 years now. That has nothing to do with fact that I don't know shit about trademarks. Thank you very much, smart ass :321GFY |

Do you think your site is like yahoo.com or something? There are thousands or tens of thosands of adult domains that are very similar to each other |
Indeed...I own gofuckmyself.com but you don't see me bitching to Lensman about it LOL

gotys> Stop tell them assholes, I know guy with pixhunter and it is quite cool man. I don't think they do something wrong. I think there is not a difference if somebody have e.g. teenfantasies or teenfantasy...it's just game with letters. Try to offer them $$$ if you want to own the domains! :-) :2 cents:
Milos Cheap Adult Hosting at $0.99/1GB...not Cogent...contact me. |
Gotys>
Even though you do register a trademark now you can't ask them to hand over the domains. You can wait to they expire and then register them or demand them from whoever else that register them but as long as they keep renewing the domains you can't do shit. It is not illegal to register type in domains AdultWire > Hmm nope. You must be confusing copyright with a trademark :) |
Dirty Sanchez is back at it I see.
|
Hey Gotys you should see if THEY want to buy your sites. LOL

Has anyone registered pixhunters.com? That is a good domain.

Congratulations, gotys...
You are Officially an idiot. Even if you DO own a registered domain called pichunter.com, that DOESN'T mean you ALSO own the rights to piqhunter.com, pixhunter.com, picshunter.com, etc, etc, & so on & so on, ad infinitum. Get a GRIP, son. I swear, if I was feeling just a teeny bit "evil" right now, I would go & register the domain of PIQHUNTER.com, if it was available, just for the fun of seeing you whine like a little girl about it. My god, did I stumble into some 7th-grade Web Design class for crybabies, by accident? Fuck me, it sure seems that way. :1orglaugh |

Hey, can any of you incompetent whiners & discouraged complainers direct me to the ADULT section of this board, where the actual internet movers & the shakers hang out, please? I would certainly hate for my 1990 First Edition Silver Harley-Davidson to get *scratched* by a stray rock as you ignorant pre-school babies sit here in the mud & throw dirt-clods at each other, lacking anything creative, let alone constructive, to occupy your time with. |
