Okay, a few months ago i was at disneyland with my girlfriend while it was raining. As we were walking somewhere, i had fallen and really hurt my knee, then to my suprise there was a sign saying becarful slippery when wet yadi yadi but the sign was not standing up it was down. I left thinking okay i can walk on it, but it hurts like a bitch, no need to bitch you know what i mean? well now months later im having reacuring problems with my knee and it hurts really bad. Can I still sue?

was it documented by the park, did you get it documented when it happened personally by video camera or whatnot?
Did you go directly to a doctor or to the disney er? Next day at least?

Yes you can of course sue, though without certain measures it would be difficult to proceed past filing.

I have to agree with Meta .. If you filled out a report and it was truly there fault and if you had medical bills i could see.

at the Phoenix show i was at the Giga golf even and two girls that spunky brought got really drunk and hit me with a golf cart ... i could have made a stink about it because the course was serving them lots of booze and gave them a cart ..but i was in the wrong place at the wrong time... i was between the two cars ... i was on crutches for 2 weeks .. but i have insurance and whatever ..you can't sue people for everything in life ..

Joel you probably should have went to the doctor shortly after you fell. By not going, you ran the risk of further injuring yourself, which is negligence on your part alone.

You can sue people for anything these days. Doesn't make it right though to blame others when you're at fault as well.

Sure, anyone can sue anyone for anything. The question is will you prevail. Highly doubtful in this case. No accident report, no doctor report, no proof of the conditions at the time. Your injury could have resulted from anything. Difficult to prove up negligence and establish damages.

Have you ever read the warning labels on some of your common every day products? Blow dryers have labels now that tell you not to submerge in water. Why? Because some halfwit decided it was a good idea to take his/her Con Air into the shower to dry while taking a shower and then sued the company!

The bigger one is to sue homeowners a week after it snows because you are required by law to clear the sidewalk in front of your house. So guys will just find rich houses with snow on their walk and slip. If it hasn't snowed recently, it's a pretty clear case of neglect on the homeowners part.
