Can I sue?
Okay, a few months ago i was at disneyland with my girlfriend while it was raining. As we were walking somewhere, i had fallen and really hurt my knee, then to my suprise there was a sign saying becarful slippery when wet yadi yadi but the sign was not standing up it was down. I left thinking okay i can walk on it, but it hurts like a bitch, no need to bitch you know what i mean? well now months later im having reacuring problems with my knee and it hurts really bad. Can I still sue?
