Mike supply fax number to person that reported us like I said HPF inc wants to verify their license, since they are not mentitioned anywhere, that have ever bought any material.
you will receive email from ftc agent today which will investigate that case. I have already receive confirmation that they have receive this report

and btw you have caught yourself on lie, preiously you said that you gave me 2 weeks, here are you saying 24h.

there is still the question of wether or not he is a content thief , he says he has proof, not saying it's for the images in question (we still don't know what they are and who is saying the own them). "

YOU SAID YOU HAVE VERIFY ALL THAT! BEFORE YOU HAVE REMOVE ME!

linkdatabase.com didnt had any photos except banners.!

You did not verify anything you have receive complaint and removed me, this is how you work!

I have receive several emails that your company is also involved in several spam issues on spamcop and also a lot of debate on
dejanews spam abuse groups.

Webair, after reading this thread very carefully, you make the point that linkdatabase MAY have stolen content, but you have NO PROOF that any of his content is stolen.

Alleged accusations by another webmaster DO NOT mean that the accused is the culprit! If you took down linkdatabase without any proof that his content is stolen, ONLY ACCUSATIONS, then you are - WITHOUT A DOUBT- at fault.

Now if you have legal proof that his content is stolen then your actions are justified.

On a side note - I've submitted sites in the past to linkdatabase and I'm familiar with his site. From my experience he is a very friendly and reputable webmaster.

So bottom line... DO YOU HAVE PROOF THAT HIS CONTENT IS STOLEN?

or are you basing the notion that his content is stolen solely on another webmaster's accusations?

Innocent until proven guilty.

And from webair's responses on this board I sure as hell know to stay away from them and warn other webmasters of webair of these events and other negative feelings towards webair as well.

If webair is such the professional company that they claim to be then none of this whole matter should ever have escalated to this - and that's FACT.

and btw you have caught yourself on lie, preiously you said that you gave me 2 weeks, here are you saying 24h.

Attempted points of contact:

falsified phone information
falsified whois phone information
attempted e-mail contact failed

How else should we try? smoke signals?

there is still the question of wether or not he is a content thief , he says he has proof, not saying it's for the images in question (we still don't know what they are and who is saying the own them). "

"YOU SAID YOU HAVE VERIFY ALL THAT! BEFORE YOU HAVE REMOVE ME!

Not true, had you supplied us with the correct contact information perhaps we could have contacted you, and why is all of the info under the whois contact falsified as well? We tried every avenue to contact you. The complainant had a user/pass to your site, proof of ownership, licensing information etc... You gave us nothing.

Here is another chance...fax the licensing info to 516.568.0867 e-mail [email protected] call 1.866.WEBAIR1 show me something!

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS FAX THE LICENSING INFO CAN YOU DO IT OR NOT? THAT IS THE QUESTION. I WILL PERSONALL HOST YOUR SITE FOR FREE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE IF YOU CAN DO SO!

I have receive several emails that your company is also involved in several spam issues on spamcop and also a lot of debate on

Traffic101 , just fax him the proof of ownership or license of the images in question...
They offered you free hosting for life , so be smart..
If you're in the rightful position to use the questioned content, then take their offer & let bygones be bygones..
Webair is trying to work with you , but you're going in circles now..
What is it gonna be..

I really did not understand the last post... but i'll give you one last chance to make good:

Again, can you send me licensing info for the content that you were accused of stealing, it was the entire site!

The question is can you send me licensing information for the content on your site?

My offer stands free hosting for life if you can, I am giving you every opportunity to prove me wrong.

Am i getting this straight or did you just say that you now want me to send you the money before you fax me licensing info?

I think it abundantly clear that you do not have the info and that the content was indeed stolen.

Prove me wrong for $2500 fax proof of ownership to me 516.568.0867

Until you can do so , I'm done.

Fax him the proof then you will have $2500.00

Now is that so hard?

Oh my..

Since when are private issues between client and company discussed on public boards?

This entire case could be closed by simply faxing the requested papers to WebAir, if your content is licensed to you, you should have the right paperwork available to proof this.

I'm just curious... How can one accept payments of services for 2 years, Webair, and not know how to contact the person sending in the money, Oliver? This question goes both ways...

Webair - come on... you don't have valid contact info for a client of 2 years? You mention above that you had to check whois for contact info, shouldn't you have more info than the whois? A credit card number, maybe?

Oliver - come on, you should have made sure they could contact you.

This is, of course, assuming that webair did indeed try to contact Oliver like they say. I dunno, my host knows every single way to contact me, shouldn't all hosts, especially paid hosts?

Just my 2 cents, as this has not been addressed yet.

I have all needed paperwork, which will be provided to FTC,
webair should ask me for this paperwork when they received complaint, but your phone number was not working, we have send you email, which I never received.

fast mail (fedex, ups) was not an option.

Traffic 101, after reading this entire post, all I can say is that you are full of shit. It's simple, all you need to do is prove the images are not stolen and you are the winner. But you keep avoiding that fact and asking for money first, well thats bull shit and you know it. You used fake info on all your whois info (webair proved this) so who the hell are you. Webair is to well known to hide and they are traceable, so proviode the proper info and you win, otherwise you are a cheating scum bag!!!!
This is such a simple case here, even Judge Judy could get this one right...

where is webairs proof?
all i see is an e-mail sent to them from a person claiming its their content. LOL

i think webair acted too quick, and didn't get all their documentation proper before canning their client, traffic 101.

i hope you sue them traffic 101, if your host dosen't act in a professional and legal manner, then hold them legaly responsible for all damages.

where the hell is the c&d that should have been sent to traffic 101? where are the proper contact names / phone numbers etc.
webair acted too quick with out actually fully investigating, probably they fucked up...

Webair: You have been accused of stealing content, please provide all liscensing info.

Dualcpu,

from what i have read...they just cut traffic 101 off because they recieved an email claiming stolen content being used.

if i was the host,
i would request for the proper documentation that says infact i do own so and so pictures, and that i did not license these pictures to this person.

until they show these, i am against webair.

i usualy don't take sides, i stay in the middle, but this one is just completely dumb. a big professional comapny like webair handling a client like this? yeah right

No wonder there are always problems of communication in this industry.
