Bought some Centrum multi-vitamins cause I thought that I dont consume enough vitamin rich fruits and veggies...

ANyone else do the same or are these pills a big $ scam?

You shouldnt take them if you eat healthy. To many vitamins are bad for you.

I dont think I eat healthy atm though... I do like 2 meals a day and mostly meat/fish/poultry... and some fries or potatos.. or some soup.

I take cafine pills. I mix them up in my coffee.

I also wear the niccotine patch and chew the hicotine gum. When you are working hard on the keyboard, you dont have time to keep reaching for the cigarette. I lose so many to the ashtray.

I eat well and get plenty of exercise its just something that has worked for me for years.

There's something every "multivitamin" I've tried that aggravates my migraines, but I've found a Hair and Nail multi from GNC that gives me some vitamins and no migranes. My hair and nails are still both really thin though ;)

centrum is a scam. they r so densly packed the body does not process it. it is like eating a pebble.

get less dense vitamins.

don't take a lot of E and A either.
