The point is they've been posted & Lee still doesn't pay.

I suggest Lee hands over payment to a non-biased 3rd party, we let GFY vote - I'm fine with that.

Though - it's not really the point what GFY thinks of them, Lee has said in his emails that he likes them, so we designed everything as per his instructions - designing to client specifications is our top priority.

Furthermore, it's wrong that things should even get to this point, as Lee is abusing the situation because he doesn't want to pay, plain & simple. He has never raised these issues in the past, he's just stalling. It doesn't say much for designers though if clients have the right to post all work on GFY and pay on the basis of a vote.

BDS, I say just post them. If they are of your normal quality you will either get paid by Lee (doubtfull) or you will get great exposure to sell future orders from new clients.

As of right now you have nothing to lose, but I would say that by you refusing to show them is kinda making me wonder whats to hide?? Probably nothing but the very thought of it is worth posting anyway. At least to me.

I do agree with you there. He came up with the concept and really should have no objections to putting the money into a 3rd party until the vote happens or whatever the ultimate way of tallying the votes is.

Blue Design Studios have probably done rather well out of this thread.
