See this is how you get Nailed to the Wall
See here is a great example of how a company gets into trouble.
The following is from my 7yr old sons KidsAoL email account. From: [email protected] To: My son's email addy Subject: she is beautiful unbelievable hot eurofied teenibops pleasuringthem selves in the most strange ways http://gamubaba.com/queenforayearand...ryear/redo.htm Everyone is a genius at least once a year; a real genius has his original ideas closer together. Catch-22 Now I pride myself in being an okay parent, and my child doesn't play on the web unattended. But this is stupid and not necessary. Kids Aol spam probably doesn't convert very well. Oh well, I'm sure the writing is on the wall for some. |
Does anyone realize that this must be the only industry where insiders party when one of their own gets shit?
Settling a law suit is usually the best way to cut the loses and move on. Sometimes you can be right but the cost of litigation isn't worth the ego trip of winning the case. That's why people settle most of the time. With all the negative attention, cc problems, legislation, pac's and shit why not work together instead of partying when one of our own gets into shit. |

New York state now allows wines to be shipped into and out of state. I think theres a limit of something like 20 cases a year to any one person or some such crap like that..

Sweetmoney had obscenity charges a year and a half ago (and beat them)..... are you saying they are shady fucks too? Obscenity charges are the government's way of shitting on all of us, such unfounded unreasonable charges are commonplace. If you had half a brain in your idiot head you would applaud those among us who have had the means and the guts to stand up for themselves and for this industry. Beating such charges puts the authorities on the defensive and puts one in the win column for our side. (duh) But you're a settler aren't you? Your method of operandi IS to run, hide, pay... Acacia was the first. Obviously anyone who holds up any kind of bugus patent will find your wallet wide open. :D Talk about shitting on one's own industry. Sucks to be you. Idiot. Which one of us is the dipshit again? :1orglaugh |

The settlements bar future violations of the CAN-SPAM Act and the Adult Labeling Rule. They also require that the defendants closely monitor the practices of their affiliate marketers to insure that they are not violating the law. BangBros.com Inc., based in Florida, will pay $650,000 in civil penalties; MD Media, a Michigan corporation, will pay $238,743; APC Entertainment, Inc., a Florida corporation, will pay $220,000; and Pure Marketing Solutions, LLC, a Florida company, and Internet Matrix Technology, a corporation based in Louisiana, will together pay $50,000. The settlements contain record-keeping provisions to allow the FTC to monitor the defendants? compliance with the orders. |

Anthony I made a logical and explanatory post yet your 2 answers to my post reminded me of someone incapable of reading 3rd grade English and answering back in a coherent and relevant manner. Please go back check my post and your original reply.
You either need English education or medical help. Good luck with either. Please do not reply unless you have the educational and/or mental capacity to comprehend what is said. I really do not care for useless remarks on boards from sig whores or illiterate individuals. Thank you |

I am not sure that is why I was asking, so I could better understand. Maybe it is a simple exit strategy when the Hustle runs out and you still have sour grapes? |

Damn that more money then my little company can afford.
|
You know the shit has hit the fan when your company is listed for violations on www.ftc.gov.
|
And Perfect Gonzo didn't get hit? OMG, something is wrong there. I get so much SPAM from them it is honestly insane. I had to make special mail rules for their mail to send them to my junk folder.
|
This is why I never want to own shit in my name :thumbsup
Not worth it! |
