I personally find claims such as "I'm 74 trillion years old" and "scientology cures cancer" proof enough. I know without knowing that it's for real and that all the proof I need. Tom Cruise is the second coming of Hubbard. He is the true son of Hubbard.

a lady in my moms adult foster home is scientology - i dont pratice it but I have seen it work

She does not go to the doctor
she wont take meds

she prays and studys

She had a stroke recently

her left side was out for about two months and then one day she had full control over it again

she never gets sick
she is 99 years old
she has perfect memory

its amazing

the large majority of medications approved by the us gov. and fed to society do more harm to your body than good. they only suppress what it is you're attempting to treat by fucking with something else in your body (to be blunt). and it leads to poor health in the future. why are these drugs approved and prescribed by doctors? $.

Sad to hear this over and over from people who should know better. While science isn't perfect, the vast majority of FDA approved drugs do work as advertised (they have all been confirmed by double blind studies.)

Its an urban legend. The fact is, that with all the chemicals and drugs used today people live longer and healthier lives than ever.

Its not to say that certain drugs are not over-prescribed or misused.

well maybe i worded that a bit wrong,

what I mean is a lot of the drugs prescribed today wouldn't be needed if people ate right and exercised regularly, the medications they take are a poor unhealthy alternative to correcting the root problem.

and there also have been studies that correlate a lot of the most commonly used drugs with negative health effects down the road. and studies about vaccinations which are strongly linked to being the cause of many things we suffer from today. allergies / colds / general sickness.

i think the use of all these medications is simply rampant, our body has its own immune system which will handle nearly all of our problems fine on its own. people are too quick to take action with medication, USA being the leader, and ironically enough we're also the leader of being one of the most unhealthy countries as well.

this is the brilliance of a new religion and L Ron Hubbard had absolutely no fucking idea how far drugs would go in the US when he dreampt this shit up. he took a few basic ideas that are really hard to argue against and turned them from common sense ideas into a quasi-science by surrounding it with a bunch of additional, meaningless jargon to make the ideas more identifiable with scientology.

of course its easy to get people to agree not to perscribe powerful drugs with harmful side effects while promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle (emotionally and physically). thats not "scientology" - thats a simple bit of common sense lost on a society of people looking for a magic pill to fix everything.

people talk about scientology as if these ideas are new or widely rejected by society. i think that most people understand the power of the mind over the body. i think most people understand (or should at least) that doctors are wildly out of control perscribing medicines in the USA. i would like to think that its just fucking common sense that instead of taking Lipitor for high cholesterol and being worse off with the side effects than the risk of cardiac arrest.... is not only stupid but irresponsible of a doctor to prescribe it, when all you really need to do is correct your diet and exercise and your chlosterol levels will normalize quite quickly. - thats not scientology, thats basic health and nutrition.

i am really only bitter that i did not think of this first.
