Someone stole my ifriends name and it is now a dot.com.

I need a good lawyer who can get it back for me, money is not object. My budget is in the low to mid 6 figures. eg- $20 000 or so. Cash.

Background info.
I am one of ifriends top camgirls. My name is important to me, and it seems that someone has registered it and I want it back. They have no webpage up, and are squatting on it.

That is not cybersquatting. If you do not have a trademark you can't do shit. If you think you can prove bad faith then you can go to arbitration and try to get it. Personally, I don't think you have a chance of getting the domain.

anyone can buy any domain name as long as its not violating any trademarks.
Just because he is not using it now does not mean he wont and maybe he feels just as entitled to it as you ...unless you trade marked it
