Someone stole my ifriends name and it is now a dot.com.

I need a good lawyer who can get it back for me, money is not object. My budget is in the low to mid 6 figures. eg- $20 000 or so. Cash.

That is not cybersquatting. If you do not have a trademark you can't do shit. If you think you can prove bad faith then you can go to arbitration and try to get it. Personally, I don't think you have a chance of getting the domain.
