Unfortunately they do not have a union where he works. They have been talking about it for a couple years, but I guess management keeps squashing it.
It probably does not help that they have a pretty high turnover rate on employees . . . which getting a union would probably cut down on. |

Unions are just legal mafias.
Nothing good comes of unions nowadays. Just greed, huge wages, lazy workers and more sticker shock for the consumer. |
