Unfortunately they do not have a union where he works. They have been talking about it for a couple years, but I guess management keeps squashing it.

It probably does not help that they have a pretty high turnover rate on employees . . . which getting a union would probably cut down on.

Unions are just legal mafias.

Nothing good comes of unions nowadays. Just greed, huge wages, lazy workers and more sticker shock for the consumer.

And the real ironic thing is that they (unions) are most responsible for the evaporation of the things they allege to protect most (jobs).

Tell that to Walmart employees who are getting taxpayer supported welfare because they can't even pay for food and rent.

Instead of unions, you get higher taxes to subsidize big corporations.

People are too easy to brainwash.
