Chris is a very dangerous and unstable individual to deal with since he will take your money, work, etc. and may or may not decide to honour his end of the bargain. He refused to host a client's site of mine a few years ago when he was hosted with Neethosting (after the client had paid) because I had told him the site was down and asked him to put it back up. I asked him three times over a 24 hour period (which I don't think is that unreasonable) and he cancelled the account without an explanation or payment. In fact, Neethosting.com also mirrors Keyhosters.com (which is really strange).

and the neethosting days i hosted like 100 people on my box they started to use gigs and gigs of bandwidth, so i cut them off, and they complained :)

why should i give them a reason then they dont pay :)

So let's get this straight. Brad made a screw up by not configuring his server properly, and this problem is not his fault because....? Cut the crap with the 'it's the server not ES' cry. If Brad and his people knew what they were doing they would've properly configured the server when they decided to store sensative data in those files.
