i had somebody hack my paypal account not too long ago and order a $5000 camcorder to their house in toronto, i had all their info and called the rcmp about it, nobody there knew what paypal was and they transferred me around and around until they just told me to call this place called 'phonebusters' who i called and they told me they arent police and they just take scam complaints or something like that... i ended up getting the cash back from paypal... of course this guy is still carding shit out of toronto and getting away with it because nobody cares about real internet crime in canada let alone some alledged server intrusion, they wont know wtf you are talking about
