My fucking dog can sleep 20hrs a day but not I
I cant seem to get more then 4hrs of sleep in 2 days...
This bitch is gunna get woken up now. |

dood, spend some time outdoors, its nice out there
while you cant sleep take it as a blessing and do as much as you can, stay up for couple of days, exhaust yourself, the sleep will catch up. I usually sleep anywhere between 4-6 hours a day, i feel lucky when i can sleep only 4hrs and have energy for the rest of 20 hrs. then after couple of weeks i get 1 or 2 days to sleep over 10 hours a day and be back on track. once you get older you can't stay up as much as you used to, your body requires more time regenerating its energies. do as much as you can while you're able to, sleep later.

I always love it when people say they can't sleep. 90% it's because of the lack of a good rhythm. So basically it's your own fault. For example, when you postpone your sleep each day by an hour at the beginning of the week;
1st day to bed at 23:00 2nd day to bed at 00:00 3rd day to bed at 01:00 4th day to bed at 02:00 5th day to bed at 03:00 6th day to bed at 04:00 7th day to bed at 05:00 Do you think at the end of the week you can fall asleep at 23:00 easily? No fucking way.
