I always love it when people say they can't sleep. 90% it's because of the lack of a good rhythm. So basically it's your own fault. For example, when you postpone your sleep each day by an hour at the beginning of the week;
1st day to bed at 23:00
2nd day to bed at 00:00
3rd day to bed at 01:00
4th day to bed at 02:00
5th day to bed at 03:00
6th day to bed at 04:00
7th day to bed at 05:00
Do you think at the end of the week you can fall asleep at 23:00 easily? No fucking way.
