By buying pants that are 2 sizes too small in the waist , I am
hoping I will fit into them within 2 months , this will be a good way
to motivate myself to lose some weight .

i hope your not doing oone of those crazy diets like atkins or south beach

eat 3000 calories a day till you hit 300 lbs

then do 2000 calories a day till you hit 200 lbs

walk everyday at least 30 min
