People upload pictures of themselves, friends, whatever and its hosted here. Some sort of community tool. I haven't looked into it that much but I did stumble across the College section. They display the galleries by most viewed so you get the most popular ones first. Naturally they all involve half naked college girls. Figured I'd share for the bored.
