I Need a Competent Programmer WITH! Communicative Skills!
I'm getting tired of these programmers that never tell you anything for two weeks straight, I actually just cancelled an order because of this. I do wish to continue with this project so I'm looking for a new programmer... I need someone skilled who will actually provide me with a realistic deadline and a good working solution.

I think our reputation can speak for itself. I'm in touch with my clients pretty much 16 hours day 6 days per week. I have a team of coders working for me so my job is to coordinate the project and keep you happy as a customer versus freelance programmers who are too busy with programming (or slacking) to stop in and say hi to their customers.
