Went to the site. I can confirm the promotion of horse fucking! I can also confirm a Red-X banner linked to cybercat. No 2257 statement either (thought he'd have a good one so I could see how the elite conform to the new laws).

Well, we all make mistakes (Plenty of errors on my sites). Just when ya get to a certain dollar level, well you know what I mean.

I was stirrin some shit... One would hope that the owner of a site aproves all advertisers. Oh, Having consulted to an ad agency, there is a lot of checking and bitching that goes on!

To be fair. I have had sponsors change tours, add exits, pop-ups etc. without warning. A hot linked banner on your site is a real hazard and totally out of your control. geee, was that hot linked. Bet some shit may be hitting the fan today. Make that "HORSE SHIT".

Or at least have an agreement about advertising illegal sites in Canada. (Do we really need one?! I mean come on) but anyway..

You just can't say something like "Uh, I didn't know it was illegal".

Or "Hey, It's their fault, I never check what they are advertising on my site so I am not responsible".

You're right. In the realworld on mainstream with money involved, there are sign-off documents. And third party companies are paid to watch (listen) and record to be sure all is as approved.

Are you saying that your people didn't review the banner or site you sold advertising for? As far as beast sites go this is a pretty popular one, I come to that conclusion because I myself are not into beast and have seen in advertised on The Hun and was a bit surprised. It just strikes me as a rather large error to have not reviewed the banner or url it was pointing to Prior to putting it on one of your clients pages. You have some pretty high profile clients, I would have expected more.


As far as Sleazy goes, he realizes how "high profile" he is, that was the first red flag for me. He wouldn't have done this himself because he realizes the amount of bookmakers his site has that visit GFY. I don't care for the way her presents himself, but anyone who has half a fucking brain knew he wouldn't have done this. Hell Choker poked a little fun at him, but he even realized this was an obvious mistake by someone other than Sleazy.

If they hack your advertisers server, they can promote messages via images on your site.

Or even by mistake ( i.e. a picture gets changed )

I hope you at least limit the image size on your end ? so someone cant buy an ad spot , swap the banner out for a 8000x8000 pixel picture and rake in the cash
