Use this program that PC World rated nr1 of all spyware-protection/detection

I dont care what you think.. i run www.spyware.nu and spend 3 hours reading throug blacklist logs everyfucking day to see what is spyware and what not.

I run adaware, spybot and the microsoft one. I have nortons with the firewall and i surf with firefox. I still get bs issues once in a while.
