I run adaware, spybot and the microsoft one. I have nortons with the firewall and i surf with firefox. I still get bs issues once in a while.

Yes - its a great program, but dont find all spyware yet.. They are working hard to get the rest of the blacklists incorporated in the definition files... I think it will one of the best, when its done.

But there are 2 sides to that program
Bad: Microsoft is not good at finding they own backdoors to protect the OS
Good: They know what should be running in the background, and how to remove it from the system

i dont really use ad-ware tho...doesnt seem as good
