What should I do? - Does this work?
If the primary provider tells the secondary producer (affiliate) that the content is exempt because of bla bla, can the secondary just put a statement that the content is exempt and maintains a record that the primary provider said that?
The Regulation says that the affiliate secondary producer can take the word of the primary producer and does not have to verify. Anyone have any comments? (I've already been fucked today, so don't say that) |
