    What should I do? - Does this work?

    If the primary provider tells the secondary producer (affiliate) that the content is exempt because of bla bla, can the secondary just put a statement that the content is exempt and maintains a record that the primary provider said that?

    The Regulation says that the affiliate secondary producer can take the word of the primary producer and does not have to verify.

    Anyone have any comments?

    (I've already been fucked today, so don't say that)

          If the regulations say that, then it creates an enormous loophole..

          I don't see where there can be an exemption unless the photos/videos.. whatever were produced prior to 1995.. or whenever this all started.. and even then.. someone would have to prove that they were produced prior to..

          It's all just gonna turn into a major clusterfuck til it's all ironed out...

          That's how the current administration likes it apparently..
