Yeah you have to confirm your identity with them by sending in a copy of your ID.

Just write them, and if you have a high "turnover" in your account, they can raise your daily withdrawal limit.

If you added the 2nd CC you acount should be saying Epassporte SELECT.

When I added a CC my transfer limit went from $300 to $600. I guess if you need it higher you better call.

Certain limits can only be raised by verifying your identity through sending in copies of documentation. This is in order to comply with Visa's know your customer rule and the Patriot Act provisions.

If you want to email me with the account user name, I'll be more than happy to put you in contact with risk management and they will help you get your limit raised. kimmy at epassporte dot com.

And no, there's no one in risk management at midnight, so you can either do the Select option or wait for them until tomorrow ;)

Business accounts are loaded via wire transfer or through ePPurchase transactions and have different parameters than personal accounts.
