Yeah you have to confirm your identity with them by sending in a copy of your ID.

do you think there is someone on support now? do you have a icq contact?

All you have to do is add another CC or bank account. You don't have to call anyone

Just write them, and if you have a high "turnover" in your account, they can raise your daily withdrawal limit.

If you added the 2nd CC you acount should be saying Epassporte SELECT.

i just want to be able to transfer like $1000 to my bank account....is that going to be possible?

When I added a CC my transfer limit went from $300 to $600. I guess if you need it higher you better call.

Certain limits can only be raised by verifying your identity through sending in copies of documentation. This is in order to comply with Visa's know your customer rule and the Patriot Act provisions.

Business accounts are loaded via wire transfer or through ePPurchase transactions and have different parameters than personal accounts.
