Ronnie Coleman
Christ, the guy is a beast. Despite have probably nuts the size of rasins, and having a voice like a 2nd grade school girl, he's one strong motherfucker.
I got a video of him doing 12 bench reps with 200lbs dumbells... 200lbs each to be precise. Crazy fuck. |

Yo, I pump iron and believe you me you can do that. Coleman is a champion. That rumor about nuts and pumpin' iron is bullshit and shouldn't marr the rep of a champ like Coleman.
The only thing about pumping iron that got to me was when I first hit 420 on the bench. It happened when I was pussying around with 300lbs and racked it up a knotch. All of a sudden instead of 'I think I can' it turned into ' Oh, that shit was easy'. I scared dudes out of the gym and I was big but not cut like Coleman. I'm back in the gym again and this time nicotine free. If I just look at a weight set I start growin' muscle. I will be terrifying to look at by July this year. Natural bodybuilding is the ONLY way to go. |
