No one's going to walk away from this one as neither person seems willing to compromise anymore..
Better solution... Send the kid final docs/license for $4500 worth of content that he's paid for and be done with it... he doesn't owe anymore, he gets some content and you can wash your hands of the thing and not have to deal with him anymore. This could be finished with in a couple hours. |

I'd personally make him give me the money and then make him use my Custodian of Records info on his sites. I'd keep the 2257 info myself. Who knows what some 18 year old with a track record of revealing info that's supposed to be kept private would do with model release that lists a models real name, number, and address.
Don't send him the releases. Make him list you as the "custodian of records". I would, however, give him the license AFTER he paid. |

Take what Content Producer has been saying in these threads with a grain of salt. He does make useful posts, and I like him, but he's clearly showing pure jealousy of another content producer in this thread and the one sonofsam started. If I didn't realize he's just talking from jealousy I'd get really pissed off that another content producer could make such ridiculous posts.
