I called them and their support said I need to talk to someone higher up but couldn't put me onto them now. I want to talk to them over ICQ to let them know exactly what I need and see if they could possible organise it. Their email support absolutely sucks I might add.

Heard of customer support? Most companies offer it, including IM support. I am asking for a contact because I know its the best way to get something done. Now gfy.

And therein lies the problem. You can't see my problem, and don't know what my question is for them. I know the best way for me to get this sorted is to get someone on IM that knows what they are on about (not someone monkey paid to answer phones). I don't want to talk to the CEO, and I don't want to talk to you. I asked a simple question, and anyone who has a simple answer that matches feel free to respond.
