they dotn have icq support - what is so absolutley vital you cant send an email or call them

I called them and their support said I need to talk to someone higher up but couldn't put me onto them now. I want to talk to them over ICQ to let them know exactly what I need and see if they could possible organise it. Their email support absolutely sucks I might add.

I know the best way for me to get this sorted is to get someone on IM that knows what they are on about (not someone monkey paid to answer phones).
