The bank wire for $4K could have actually been sent like SplitInfinity is saying - the receiving bank should have received it the same day (this past Friday 4/1), but not necessarily, especially if the DomBuyers bank is in another country, which appears to be the case.
Several things can delay a bank wire from being received: 1. Routing and/or bank accout number wrong. Scary, since bank wires can't be reversed once complete, but often such errors are caught before that happens; often causes delay. 2. Intermediary bank(s) involved; if so I bet a cutoff time was missed along the way and thus likely the earliest that $4K wire would come through would be Monday. 3. DomBuyer's bank received the bank wire, but hasn't posted it yet to DomBuyer's account - many banks batch wire transfers for both outgoing and incoming ... if one is anxious to know, prior to posting, whether a wire came through, they need to contact their bank and have someone manually check. I've done numerous wires and while they're fast, one should assume delays, especially if doing cross-border wires - even more so when done on a Friday. Finally, I agree with some others here - SplitInfinity, regardless of who is right/wrong/etc, should pay DomBuyer the $10K asap to resolve the issue - allowing this to continue will hurt SplitInfinity far more; much damage already done - many who read this thread will be leery of dealing with a webhosting company that appears, and I emphasize appears to some readers of this thread, to have cashflow problems. It's fun to watch morons self destruct on internet boards.
Chris, you need to take a course on Public Relations and maybe then get back into business again. Instead of just shutting the fuck up and wiring the meager money (yes, $10k is nothing), you keep owning yourself more and more with every post. |
Update: Chris has paid me $4k out of the $10k he owes me and has said that he wired the remaining $6k. He told me not to doubt him on that remaining $6k, so I'll trust him on that.
Normally I wouldn't post until the money's in the bank, but the guy's obviously suffered a fair bit over the whole thing, and he did apologize to me for the nonsense, so I'll jump the gun and end it now. At this point, pending the other $6k, we're square and there are no issues with him or SplitInfinity. Course, there's always next month.. :glugglug Kidding! (Right Chris? I'm kidding, aren't I???) :helpme |
lol
No worries. :-) Were all good. Re-issued the 6k wire I held back... so thats on its way. Pauline issued it a couple days ago. Jedi... you are right man... it got under my skin and I should have shut up and etc etc..... Anyways, happy life is back to normal. Its funny how much speculation GFY'ers are capable of coming up with LOL. My bitch ass got GFY butt-raped. LOL Thank you all. :-) Lotsa love. I would not be posting here if I didnt mean that. :-) |
