sounds wierd - chris has had a preety good rep over the years I have known him - I can understand why he couldnt reply recently as he was obviously in hospital but it sounds like this should have been cleared up long long before that

Yes, thats true and a PA never lasts that long. Normally, the problem isnt the p attacks alone, but the fear of getting one. Those who suffer real hard from it, often end up being totally occupied by the fear of getting it, and thats really what bothers (or handicaps) them the most.

Guys, he has NOT paid me.

He's only SAYING he paid me, and if he really did send some money, it's only $4K of the agreed upon $10k that he owes me.

He tells me he spent $100k on new equipment, that Paypal locked his account with $30k, yada yada yada, but meanwhile, I haven't been paid a dime.

Funny thing is, that's not how I work. I'm actually very sympathetic to people's cash flow problems and try to work a solution. I'm interested in relationships--they make business more relaxed and enjoyable.

But I have very clear lines which you don't cross, and one of them is "don't bullshit me....repeatedly". The other one is don't ignore me, or try to "pal" with me and make me forget about your obligations.

Although ultimately, after lots of grief, the GoodFellas' quote does apply.

And this is BUSINESS. It's amazing how many people treat this business like it's just "As The World Turns" with naked chicks. There's nothing that says something couldn't have been worked out if they had been totally honest.

I told logicbank from day one that I didn't think I would be making the first installment until later and the reply was "yes, there is flexibility". That was
said and acknoweledged. Then of course, it wasnt acceptable to DomBuyer
so everything went south from there on with him and his opinion about it.
The point is I was upfront with logicbank (the person DomBuyer hired to work this deal and handle it).... So then why when I say I wont be making the first payment
until later is this not ok to do so when agreed upon ahead of time?
My personal feeling is that there was a lack of understanding between the three of us.
DomBuyer perceived it his own way, yet it was logicbank and I talking about it.
I went to the bank, did what I had to do and had the bank fax the papers to logicbank.
Of course he wasnt there when the fax came in, so DomBuyer knew nothing about it.
He gets trigger happy (anexity attack perhaps? j/k) because he is in a different time zone (so it was getting late) and crucify's me. Fine. I will accept that business is business, but it's not like I didn't tell logicbank I
was going to pay it at the very end of the month, which I did execute. I sent 10k total. You already got 4k of it, that I could not stop. 2 Wires went. One is being held pending you and I coming to terms. You can call Beau at the BOFA Clairmont mesa branch to see that I called him and had him try to hold them both. He told me that
one is most likely out of their hands already and the other he might be able to hold.
You may be getting the other 6k, but I asked them to try to hold it because of this mess.

You guys are posting and bumping a thread that was made for intentional defamation.
If business is business he should have handled the complaint he had like a business.
Posting this to the board is not a business method any legit business would use,
especially for a mixed up agreement like this one. This is not a personal prod to you DomBuyer, just my opinion whether you share it or not. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

The reason for paying him later than orginally discussed was not because we dont have money, so quit posting that non-sense. The reason was that I just spent a crapload of money on equipment to further our network space and power. At
the time, I just did not feel comfortable making the payment.. thats about it.
I'm like any business owner in that regards. Being that we spent over 100k, until
our merchant banks processed our batches, I didn't want to send additional money out. I told logicbank about this from day 1.

In the end, logicbank is a smart guy, who is very good at processing things like these deals. DomBuyer apparantly has a good reputation around as well. Fact is, so do I.
Getting in pissing matches on the boards is very unattractive to everyone involved
no matter what your positioning is. Many people get hurt in the process, even the noobs that post to increase the drama end up with a stigma attached to them.

I agree this deal is fried at this point.

I dont agree with the fact that the beginning of this thread was an attempt to
humiliate me personally and make a serious health issue I had a public item.
My anexitey attack was draining mentally and physically. I lost my eyesight for
about 3 hours and it was very scary for me. Basically I had a major migrane
headache and it caused my eyesight to go completely blurry and then out.
I thought I was going blind, and it was so scary that I got disoriented
WHILE DRIVING and it caused a major anxiety attack.... Im sure you can imagine the rest.

Anyhow, that has never happened to me before, and I don't ever wish it on others.
In fact, if it happened to anyone here, I would never play it out on the boards like that. Again, thats just how I would do it, others can do how they like.

Well anyhow, I sincerely hope this can be ironed out. If not, I can accept that as well.

I apologize to all my employees who have been affected by this thread.
