You may want to make the offer a /hour rate as just counting up the lines/desc's will take more time than it's worth.

The price you are prepared to pay is way too low. Undoubtedly you will get people who are prepared to do the job at that rate but it is unlikely that you will be happy with the end result.

Just remember that in this industry as in any other - you get what you pay for.
