Ok, im hearing from tons of people tell me this is healthy and works well in terms of dropping some weight...im afraid that if i do it, ill be like 140 pounds..i weight 180 right now..i dont want to be shitting my life away lol...anyone get this?

I heard the same things. I dont think you lose 40 pounds of fecal matter, at least not at your weight.

If you want to lose weight exercise. Fat loss and feces removal are two different things.

Now on the other hand if you want to freshen your body and get rid of a ton of mucous, bacteria and old hardened impacted shit then by all means have a colonic. Although, at 19 it's unlikely you have anything but a buit of mucous inside your digestive tract.

Be careful of all the BS and crappy opinions people have. You can go to any pharmacy and buy some stuff called Fleet Phospo-Soda. Drink the whole bottle and a lot of water (confirm everything with the pharmicist on duty). Its the same thing that you would have to do before colon surgery.. so it will be as clean as you can get.

I dont know what the benefit might be other than you can make sure that you do not have any problems with undigested food rotting in your colon or something. I doubt that for a young, healthy person with a sane diet, that there is any benefit at all. I am 34 and I have done it a couple times just for the sake of doing it.

You are not going to lose weight by doing something like this. You are too young to have any problems and at the worst, you will get a little dehydrated and lose water weight, which is temporary.

Nothing like spending a day on the can. Make sure you have a lot of TP and some cream to apply to your crack when it gets all raw from a day's worth of pinching off loafs.
