Better not

it's on a web-based email addy - i just sent it to yahoo and got this
Scan Result Name of File: stuff.MP3.pif Type of File: application/octet-stream Scan Result: Virus W32.Badtrans.B@mm found. File NOT cleaned. This file is infected with a computer virus, a program that can spread to many other files on your computer and can delete files, steal sensitive information, or render your machine unusable. i hate having to be so damned suspicious  |

Well these new virusses try to force you to open the file.
