I was asked the following question....Would you open a sex store downtown without any staff to sell the products for you? I answered NO.

The next question was ... Well isn't putting up an adult site and then leaving it with no facility for the surfer to be able to ask questions, or get more details other than via email doing just that? ...... ummmm Yes I thought, he is right.

What if a surfer wants to join a site right there and then, but has one simple question that if answered will make him join? .... IF IT DOESNT GET ANSWERED THATS A LOST CUSTOMER.

So with this in mind I set up a small call centre to offer live 24/7 support on my site's ... all the surfer has to do is click a button to get all his questions answered right there and then.

The results were amazing, sales have increased around 30 percent and refunds are down dramatically. I don't know why I didn't think of this before.

Because of these results and its success, I have decided to expand my call centre into a full time operation ... The first 2 centres based in U.S.A. and Canada are now open for business.

I know that many webmasters may have thought of offering 24 hr support to thier potential customers in the past, but have been put off by the cost of doing it themselves ... Well now you can offer that support. I'm setting the pricing at a special low price of between $25-$100 a week. Bear in mind an inhouse operation would set you back more than $1000 a week at a guess. I will also brand the facility so that it looks as if it is all inhouse for you.

Damn cool idea man, I've often considered using chat ango or similar software to offer live support like that but never got around to implementing it.

I'll hit you up for more info on your specific setup.

Sure phil whenever your ready....one of the main things I must point out just in case it got missed is this.

Although a number of companies offer software ..l also offer the staff to back the software up...24/7 canadian and american staff ,fully trained with all the data and infomation regarding your company at thier fingertips for the cost of less than 1 part time employee.

2.This is a virtual call centre not a telephone service.. ..a chat box opens for the surfer or customer , it can be placed in members area too ,to lower chargebacks and can be used for live upsells like a virtual salesman.

3. Copies of all chat data can be saved and passed to you to enable you to see what your customers want or have problems with .....these are just a few of the many features,

Yes l agree with you suesheboy..I think for the low cost everyone should have live 24 hr virtual support on thier sites....I think its only a matter of time...big players in mainstream such as ford motors online already do, sooner or later adult sites will see the benefits like l have..thats why I set it up..with you guys in mind.
