1. You can see the call centre in action at a couple of my sites such as http://www.adultmoviesusa.com or http://bigmoviestore.com

2.This is a virtual call centre not a telephone service.. ..a chat box opens for the surfer or customer , it can be placed in members area too ,to lower chargebacks and can be used for live upsells like a virtual salesman.
