i hate out source call centers , had to call about my dads norton . Spoke to some guy in bombay that was fucking useless.

If you hire services for non dispute types of calls that are short, such as a 5 minute call, the fee to you for a 9-5, 5 day a week service is 392.00. here is the upside to outsourced call centers... It allows YOU to focus on more specific tasks that would cost more to have someone else do, instead of trying to do it all.
