 here is the upside to outsourced call centers... It allows YOU to focus on more specific tasks that would cost more to have someone else do, instead of trying to do it all. It actually allows you the opportunity to make more money and freedom than you would as just a person working at a call center for someone else..the times they are achangin 

 Statistics say that as many as 50% of American household will have a home run business in the next five years, let the grunt jobs go there, we still have the skills and the ingenuety to be more than just some person who answers the phone ..
