If you hire services for non dispute types of calls that are short, such as a 5 minute call, the fee to you for a 9-5, 5 day a week service is 392.00. This price will be set forth in a contract and must be paid in advance of the services given. You can pay 1 week in advance or 2 weeks etc. I can provide you refferences from companys you are sure to be familiar with if you like. This will provide you with 1 person 40 hours a week. You can add more customer service support as needed. You may speak to the agents yourself to be assured that they are able to handle the calls in a quality way. Also included in this is an 800 number.
