Let me start by saying that I've been in this business since 2000 and only one time before have I gone to the boards and called someone a crook. (And I was right that time as well as this one)

Martin (aka ipasak.com aka nichecontentguru) ripped us off something fierce.

He comes to the boards and shows a picture of a blonde busty model available for work.
She fits the niche I need perfectly, but his photography is pathetic so I ask if I can send one of my photographers to shoot her and he'll get a referral fee for finding the model.
He says that was fine.

Now the drama....
He tells my photographer that this model will do boy/girl, and girl/girl work...no problem.
He DOESN'T tell us that she's never done girl/girl before, and has no idea how to.

After my photographer books his rooms, buys tickets to travel to where the girl is (for him AND for the model he brought along to do the girl/girl scene) Martin decides that he needs $600(euro) for us to be able to shoot the model.
(I guess he needed so much because he couldn't rip the model off since we were paying her directly at the shoot)

Anyone in this business knows that the standard model referral fee is $100(US).....but we were fucked either way and he knew it.
So we paid the $600 and the girl shows up for the shoot and its the most fucking pathetic shoot ever.
The only content I'll be able to use is the stills.....she wouldn't even kiss the other girl in the GG video, and stood about 4 feet away from her while rubbing lotion on her boobs. (And THAT was the hottest part of the video)

So not only does he decide to charge 8 TIMES the standard model referral fee, he sends us a model that he obviously didn't "cast" or "test shoot" to see if she had what it took to do porn.
Of course all of our requests for a full or partial refund of the referral fee have been ignored. (If someone sold you a shitty product you'd ask for your money back as well)

So basically if you do business with this guy he'll either A) shoot you some really shitty content himself, take the money and not pay the model....or B) Charge you a ridiculous fee for you to shoot the model yourself and send you a model that can't do any porn acting.

ok, I'm not a drama queen too - those are my 2 cents:

- he wanted 100% of the money the girl got for softcore shooting as a commission. when we said, normally the girl gets more than that on a day and the agency 20% of it, he told us we can do so, but then he will take away money from the girl as well. and it was 600 euro, which is about $800 at the moment.

- we asked if the girl does g/g and b/g - he said yes, but "forgot" to tell us that she never did that before. it was as pathetic as Lenny said. and i was the first time really ashamed of what we delievered.

- of course I lose money with this job cause I cannot force a customer to pay for shit - so i asked for a refund several times.

his comment (translated from german): "don't cry like a baby, otherwise i will ignore your emails in the future. The porn business is tough and sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Plus I have a partner who would be angry with me if i'd pay you the money back now."

I don't blame the girl - she's just a simple slovakian girl who got sent by her pimp. We paid her, cause it was not very generous anyways what Martin had conceded her. But I think it's not wrong of us to ask for a refund of a part of $780 for just giving us a telephone number (which we had to pay upfront before we ever saw the girl in person btw).

So decide yourself if you want to do some business with Mr. Masar.

sorry to hear you lost money but its your fault also. you should have asked all the questions before you go investing money, as you sound like you are a pro. so as a pro you should have taken all the measures. so id say part of this its your fault also.

i don't think that you can force someone to be an excellent performer when she has to do something which she has never done before and even doesn't want to do.
we had a second girl there that never did g/g before - but she was at least willing to do it and would have been good with someone else.

and when i have a correct information from the agency where i book the girl i can tell my customer: "i don't know if it will work out - are you willing to pay even if it fails"

ok, to clarify that: we booked her for g/g and and b/g and asked before if she can do that. the answer was yes without any limitations. It was just said that for b/g she would prefer a guy she likes - so we sent a pic of the guy upfront. It was ok.

i wired money to martin directly through my bank..... 700 to his account... and he could have EASILY scammed me... and i couldn't do shit about it... but he didn't.... and i'm new to GFY so if i were to make a bunch of accusations... noone would take it seriously... he could have easily took off with my money...

but he didn't and he really helped me out by giving me such a great deal with the camera.. and also threw in extra stuff that wasn't even part of the deal.... on top of that.. he taught me a bunch of stuff i needed to know about photography... showed me the ropes if you will..

either way... martin is a great guy.... and i agree with the other person that you never asked him if the girl had experience with G/G

Here is the model, I shot her on 3 afternoons already, maybe you guys cannot handle a model to pose for you the way you wish? Plus you asked if she will do G/G or B/G, so I told you she will and she did. You did not ask if she has experience, as many webmasters noticed correctly in this thread. Furthermore you saw her naked photos upront, so you knew what you were paying for. On top of it, many people want to see how a girl gets fucked for the first time in front a camera, some people pay a premium for that to find such a girl

Photos like these are the reason I wouldn't let you shoot the content for me.

Anytime you get a model from an agency, the agency has auditioned the model before they send her on a shoot because their reputation depends on being able to deliver quality models to the people who produce content.

You obviously didn't do this and didn't (and still don't) care that we got ripped off.

So like I said....you can think we were wrong or think we were right but based on the way you handled this matter people can judge for themselves whether or not they should do business with you.

Its not a matter of whether or not the model was worth it. Its a matter of whether or not you deserve to get $800 for a referral fee when the industry standard is only $100. (And then refuse to even TRY to make amends to us when the model wasn't up to snuff)
And if you don't get your price you take the money from the model.

The point of this thread was never about getting money back....you can keep the $800, I made that today from the time I started this thread until now. Only low life fucks like you have to steal money from starving models or rake people over the coals to make money in a hurry instead of building long term business relationships that would be much more profitable in the long run.
The point of the thread was to point out to people in this business what a low life you are. If I would have paid you to shoot the content you probably would have charged me $1000 and then kept it all and not paid the model.

For us, your business was an extra risk, in particular given the fact that we have known Michelle and her family for the last 15 years (yes I kind of grew up with her). Please read the above post, you will see that we offered to Stefan and Patrick to help. He is now pushing it to prove that we were lying, whatever, but he me up on ICQ and we will do our best to help with free future bookings as you suggested or with free content

(And I was right that time as well as this one) Martin (aka ipasak.com aka nichecontentguru) ripped us off something fierce. He comes to the boards and shows a picture of a blonde busty model available for work. She fits the niche I need perfectly, but his photography is pathetic so I ask if I can send one of my photographers to shoot her and he'll get a referral fee for finding the model. He says that was fine. Now the drama.... He tells my photographer that this model will do boy/girl, and girl/girl work...no problem. He DOESN'T tell us that she's never done girl/girl before, and has no idea how to. After my photographer books his rooms, buys tickets to travel to where the girl is (for him AND for the model he brought along to do the girl/girl scene) Martin decides that he needs $600(euro) for us to be able to shoot the model. (I guess he needed so much because he couldn't rip the model off since we were paying her directly at the shoot) Anyone in this business knows that the standard model referral fee is $100(US).....but we were fucked either way and he knew it. So we paid the $600 and the girl shows up for the shoot and its the most fucking pathetic shoot ever. The only content I'll be able to use is the stills.....she wouldn't even kiss the other girl in the GG video, and stood about 4 feet away from her while rubbing lotion on her boobs. (And THAT was the hottest part of the video) So not only does he decide to charge 8 TIMES the standard model referral fee, he sends us a model that he obviously didn't "cast" or "test shoot" to see if she had what it took to do porn. Of course all of our requests for a full or partial refund of the referral fee have been ignored. (If someone sold you a shitty product you'd ask for your money back as well) So basically if you do business with this guy he'll either A) shoot you some really shitty content himself, take the money and not pay the model....or B) Charge you a ridiculous fee for you to shoot the model yourself and send you a model that can't do any porn acting. </rant> __________________ sig too big

But I think it's not wrong of us to ask for a refund of a part of $780 for just giving us a telephone number (which we had to pay upfront before we ever saw the girl in person btw). So decide yourself if you want to do some business with Mr. Masar.
