i don't think that you can force someone to be an excellent performer when she has to do something which she has never done before and even doesn't want to do.
we had a second girl there that never did g/g before - but she was at least willing to do it and would have been good with someone else.
and when i have a correct information from the agency where i book the girl i can tell my customer: "i don't know if it will work out - are you willing to pay even if it fails"
