Lets share some good time stories...I'll share if you do.

Who was the first sponsor you got your first check from?
How much was it?
And what year was it?

I will start. I made my first few checks from Xpics back in 95'.
Not much to survive on but that is when I borrowed money to Start AgeCheck. Then it took another two years to see a profit. Then we started the first free adult web hosting and everything took off from then.

What about you?

I am trying to think if that's the name?? some kind of token system, the problem is the sale was allowed the surfer got access, and had the option of (later) accepting or declining the charge!

Wonder why they went out of business

the first processor i used was interbill, starting in early 97. when they went under, they said they'd pay me all of my reserves in 6 months. i was so amazed, when 6 months later, they actually did!

i remember these guys ran their processing on a domain 'aol2.com', i wonder what happened to that lol.

Virtual Dreams early 96 - one of the very first point-to-point video conferencing companies. I was earning $2 per minute and could get a Yahoo listing and start making $$$ in 24 - 72 hrs!

It was the logical next step from the phone sex biz.

Clay (now one of the owners of Paycom) was designing and promoting his own adult sites back then, and I asked him if he could start building sites for me that had the Virtual Dreams software available for download.

I think he charged me like $300 per site! I was selling these sites for $3500 - $7500 to my old phone sex clients and paying them $1 per minute and we were all making $$$!!!

LOL

... and this shit was ... bleeding edge - STATE OF THE MUTHAFUCKIN' ART!

The customer would log on using 14.4 or 28.8 modems back in those days and pay something crazy like $5.99 - $7.99 per minute!

It hurts to much to think about the past.
Do we have to go there?

My past is a story of nothing but lost opportunity and making everyone else rich.

I didn't see a check from my first sponsor...so I went to the second...NaughtyAmerica (SoCalCash at the time) and it was for roughly $100 somehwere in 00-01. I got rebills on those sales for 2 years.
