Hey, i read a little bit about bulking and seems an amazing way to get a good traffic and not lame traffic like shitty tgp traffic that just making you lose the money that you payed for bandwidth.

anyway, about bulking those are the rules how to make it legal

Bulk Email ( The Legal Option )

"In order to stay within federal laws so that you are bulk emailing and not spamming you must;
1.) Use a Valid Return Address
2.) Offer and Honor a means of removal from your mailings.
3.) Make no attempts for forge or remove the headers from your emails"

so my bulking would be legal, i got 2 milion e-mails on my list, i gonna bulk them for porn

i just looking for a good known sponser that won't close my account bcz of the bulking (it's not spamming)

Unless its an opt-in or double opt-in list that you collected yourself, then chances are its spam. If you bought these addresses from a third-party, make sure that they specify in the tos that they will resell them, and that they are single/double opt-in.

So if they don't meet the requirements of saying in their TOS that they will resell them, and that they are a double opt-in list, then it would be spam, from my understanding.

by the way i don't think there's anything wrong with an opt in list being resold as long as it stays in the same topic.
if for instace your subscribers signed up for a 'porn links' mailing list and you bought that list there shouldn't be any problem and many sponsors will probably allow that.
