anyway, about bulking those are the rules how to make it legal

Unless its an opt-in or double opt-in list that you collected yourself, then chances are its spam. If you bought these addresses from a third-party, make sure that they specify in the tos that they will resell them, and that they are single/double opt-in.

i bought them from a well known site, so there shouldn't be any problem with them.

That means about as much as a whore asking for a new pair of socks.

So if they don't meet the requirements of saying in their TOS that they will resell them, and that they are a double opt-in list, then it would be spam, from my understanding.

by the way i don't think there's anything wrong with an opt in list being resold as long as it stays in the same topic.
if for instace your subscribers signed up for a 'porn links' mailing list and you bought that list there shouldn't be any problem and many sponsors will probably allow that.
