Cultural generalizations are common (Ukrainians being called russians), and most of the time it is due to (anthropological) ignorance on the part of the comment maker.

By 'organizing' I'm (again, with attention to the interpretive/satiric nature of the chosen word) referring to the 'democratizing' and 'civilizing' and 'americanizing' and 'westernizing' and 'ethnically cleansing' (facilitated through either through direct actions or deliberate inactions) that is going on (with the majority support of the american people).

I'm sure if a bunch of liberal west coasters moved into 'mainstreet usa' and started pushing their double low fat espressos, and homo/metrosexual idealogies on the locals, there would be measurable reaction from the good 'god fearing' folks. Why those decent people can't understand that other people would react the same way when their homes and values are assaulted, is hard to imagine.
