It's a small claims action. Ibill won't show and they will win by default but they will have no chance of collecting anything.

PHSL are almost painting iBill as some rock solid biz  The underlying problem is PHSL - a defuct corp with great plans all over, including a Mexican resort complex. Then we have the famous "Doctor" Luis owning almost half of IBD. Sheesh, this is one incestuous operation!
