I may hit the gym in a few

I'm on a schedule and today is my off day. I just up and I feel sluggish... I should go. Why does working out give you energy? I never figured it out. Trying to bulk up my 160 pound body

There is a myriad of reasons, both physiological and psychological, as to why exercise makes you feel, good. You probably feel that working out gives you more energy because of the increased hemoglobin concentration that results from working out. More hemoglobin in the blood means more oxygen saturation in the body, which provides more O2 available for the production fo H2O, which is a prime component of the Krebs cycle for the production of ATP. (energy).

That's just my guess, I could be wrong.
